When is tuition due?

Tuition is automatically charged to your card on file on the 1st of every month using autopay. You can update your payment details by logging into your studio director account.

How is tuition calculated?

​

Tuition is determined by the number of hours your child spends in classes each week.

For example, if your child attends a 1-hour class once a week, your monthly fee for that class will be $90.

Please keep in mind that tuition is calculated based on the total number of weeks in each month, not per individual class. We evenly divide the total for 10 months (September to June) to account for holidays and variations in month lengths. We do not offer prorated fees for missed classes. If your child misses a class, you can contact the office to schedule a makeup class within the same month.

Is there a family discount?

Yes, we offer a 5% family discount on the total tuition for families with more than one dancer enrolled. This discount is automatically applied and reflected in your monthly bill.

To calculate your monthly tuition, please refer to the chart below. Note that the total hours per week apply to each individual dancer and are not cumulative for siblings. For instance, if Mary takes one 45-minute class per week, her fee will be $80, while Sally, taking two 1-hour classes per week, will be charged $160.

 

Withdrawal Policy:

If you wish to withdraw, please send us a written notice via email between the 1st and 5th of the month preceding the month you want to stop classes. For example, if you want your child to stop attending classes in February, you must notify our office via email between the 1st and 5th of January.

We will confirm your withdrawal through email and ensure that your account is removed from the autopay system for the upcoming billing cycle.
