IDT Performing Group (IDTPG) is a specialized program designed for dedicated dancers seeking elevated training and performance opportunities. Participants benefit from lifelong friendships, mentorship from experienced directors and teachers, and increased training through company classes and weekly coaching of their dance pieces. While the competition season allows dancers to thrive in a performance setting, the primary focus is on personal growth, positive support, and continuous improvement. Dancers who have trained for at least two years, are six years old or older, and maintain good attendance are welcome to audition for IDTPG. The program aims to instill a sense of balance between academics and dance commitments, foster confidence, and provide students with opportunities to participate in various performances and events.
